Triple threat?

Well I decided to go big. Here are my goals for the next 14 weeks.

1. I will lose 10 pounds
2. I will start meditating or will practice yoga as a meditative practice 3 days a week for at least 10 minutes
3. I will spend at least 2 hours unplugged off my phone and e-mail everyday

I have a lot on my plate now. A lot of change and stress both good and bad stress. I am ready for my adventure but I need to keep myself strong in the face of this stress.
